We don’t think we’re alone in thinking this could never happen to us- that this outbreak was a problem on the other side of the world that, God willing, would go away soon. As COVID-19 proves to have more staying power and more cases spring up in United States, things are getting “real”.
Frankly, it saddens us to witness this virus used as a tool for political or business gain and so we hesitate to put pen to paper. After much thought, we recognize that if we can provide valuable content about safety and preparation as it relates to fitness and illness, it IS our responsibility to offer our assistance to our customers.
In our stores, we are seeing a surge in customers contacting us with concerns about their safety at their local gym, properly cleaning their equipment, ordering equipment without visiting a store, looking for solutions to temporarily avoid the gym by working out at home, asking about American made equipment, and more.
Our service and delivery teams are taking every precaution to prevent the spread of this virus. Our team has been instructed on recommended precautions and will do everything they can to limit their contact with people or surfaces in your home or business.
