Delivery and Installation

The process for a fitness consultant doesn't stop after the sale. The consultant, along with the delivery crew makes sure that the equipment is placed to meet the facility operator's needs. We make sure that the facility is functional as well as safe. Our 10 point check list guarantees that all steps were taken to ensure proper placement, equipment functionality and cleanliness before our crews leave the premises. Prior to the day of service, a G&G customer representatives will contact you to verify the details, ensure understanding of our services, and provide an estimated time of delivery.

On the day of service, G&G employees will contact you to again verify the details about the service and provide a more precise window of arrival.

Your product will be inspected before it is placed on the truck to ensure its integrity. Once on the truck, it will be wrapped and secured to prevent damage during transit. Final inspections will be completed before the product is removed from the truck and again once it has reached its final destination. A Customer Service representative will contact you shortly following your service to receive feedback regarding your experience and answer any final questions you may have.
